JEENISo organises fourth edition of international GPjr event

To guarantee the smooth running of projects and thus achieve the expected objectives, it is essential to operate in project mode!

The junior enterprise Eniso (JEENISo) is organising the fourth edition of the international GPjr event on April 4, 2021 in collaboration with GP jr Brazil and PMI (Project management Institute) Tunisia chapter.

This event revolves around the theme of “Project monitoring”, which means how to make your project viable?

Because although young entrepreneurs are not short of ideas, many projects do not succeed because of management failures.

To successfully complete a project, it is necessary to master its management in an adequate manner, which consists of respecting the key stages of project management.

These various practices are now essential for the success and sustainability of a company or any project, hence the major importance of learning about them and attending workshops and conferences such as those to be organised for you on April 4.

The event will start with opening remarks followed by a plenary session led by PMI instructors Ms Nawel Zina and Mr Khemaies Bahri.

Then there will be two parallel workshops: the first one will be with Mr. Gabriel Caltas the representative of GP jr Brazil who will have as theme “How to become a better manager? “and the second will be with Mr. Khemaies Bahri entitled “How to monitor a Project? “.

In the afternoon, the programme will continue with an inter-junior enterprise competition on the theme of “project management”, each team will work on a project idea and the appropriate method to implement and manage it, the jury will designate the winners according to the relevance of the ideas and the compatibility of the project management method adopted, and the participants of the winning team will receive rewarding prizes in the form of smartwatches from GIZ.

This is an opportunity to develop your old skills and acquire new ones in project monitoring and performance indicators. The event will be held online, giving many of you the chance to join us and benefit from the feedback of our expert guests and the Brazilian perspective on this timely topic.
