According to local radio Mosaique FM, president of National Anti- Corruption Authority Chawki Tabib recognized when signing a partnership agreement with the Libyan Anti-Corruption Authority that this process is going through difficulties in Tunisia regarding the role of justice.
Chawki Tabib said that these difficulties are attributed to the lack of clarity as regards the transitional justice process and means of the financial judicial pole and the absence of a clear legislative framework.
