Thousands of youth from 22 countriesrt take part in the International Festival of Science, Engineering and Technology hosted by Monastir on March 17-21, at the initiative of the Tunisian Association for the Future of Science and Technology, TAP reports.
The festival was kicked off on Saturday evening by Monastir Governor Akram Sebri, in the presence of the ambassadors of Palestine and Mexico to Tunisia and MPs from the region.
Over 200 projects are presented by young candidates aged between 6 and 24, in the technological innovation and robotics competitions, the source adds.
The programme includes visits to El Jem, Kairwan, southern Tunisia and the pottery village Kallalet in Moknine.
