“Ain Soltane” camping centre in Jendouba resumes activity

The  “Ain Soltane” camping centre located in the delegation of Ghar Dimaou, in the Jendouba governorate, has resumed its activities after a preventive closure of four months, following the terrorist attack of July 8, 2018, against a patrol of the National Guard in the locality of Echahid (Sraya Imada)  killing six among them.

The “Ain Soltane” camping centre resumed its activity after a request of hikers and nature lovers.   Security is guaranteed in the region, where a large deployment of military and security forces is ensured,  according to the official of the centre.

In 2017, the “Ain Soltane” camping centre hosted over  6,800 visitors and registered more than 18,000 overnight stays. It also hosted several environmental and associative activities.
