“One Night In Tunisia” on September 29 at Olympia in Paris

Lovers of Tunisian and oriental music will attend on Sunday, September 29, 2019,  a charity concert “One Night In Tunisia” at the Olympia, in Paris.

“One Night In Tunisia” is, according to the organizers of ONIt Zephir, a link between nostalgia for the past and hope for the future. The concert will allow Tunisia to shine in this hall that has hosted the greatest names on the world music scene. This is thanks to the casting of the best Tunisian artists, in the fields of music, dance, humour and who will perform the greatest classics of Tunisia’s popular repertoire, with the ambition of training the Olympia, symbol of consecration, and its audience at the heart of a Tunisia that dances, sings and laughs enveloped in the sweet smell of jasmine.

It is also an evening of solidarity to celebrate citizenship and commitment because part of the profits will be donated to two Tunisian charities: M’nemty Heducap who fights against all forms of discrimination and another for children.

Organized under the sponsorship of Lotfi Bouchnak,  The evening will also be an opportunity to present excerpts from Ferid Boughedir’s two Tunisian films “Halfaouine, l’enfant des terrasses” and “Un été à la Goulette”, two cult films from Tunisian cinema, on the occasion of their new release in 2019, for the first time in high definition (DVD collection edition and Blue ray remastered by Imini Editions).
