Nader Masmoudi, a professor at the University of New York, received the King Faisal Prize for Science this year for his outstanding contribution to the analysis of nonlinear and fractional equations and for his outstanding contributions to the theory of liquid dynamics, by introducing innovative mathematical techniques.
