Saudi film To My Son by director and actor Dhafer L’Abidine will be screened at this year’s Horizons of Arab Cinema competition.
Produced by MBC Studios, the film is the second film directed by the famous star, and revolves around the return of a Saudi father and son to Saudi Arabia after a long period of living outside the country that ended in a traumatic accident.
L’Abidine’s first film, Ghodwa, was previously screened at the 43rd Cairo Film Festival, where it won the FIPRESCI award.
