The fourth edition of the Carthage Race will be held on Sunday, February 25, between Carthage and Sidi Bou Said, along with events scheduled throughout Tunisia, according to the Carthage Race website.
During the race, runners will compete near important and well-known historic sites namely Carthage, Byrsa, Sidi Bou Said, Marsa, the cisterns of La Malga, the Acropolium and Roman theater, the source reports.
According to a statement of the National office of Tunisian Tourism an Ultra Trail that will be held on September 29-30.
The Ultra Mirage El Djerid is the first 100-km Ultra Trail to be held in the Tunisian desert, where lie rocks, dry rivers, canyons and the largest salt lake in the world – Chott El Djerid.
