Teleperformance Tunisia was awarded the first prize of the Best Employer in Tunisia for 2018 at a ceremony organised Wednesday in Tunis by the Best Place to Work Tunisia.
Teleperformance Tunisia is a world leader in the management of the muli-channel customer relations. The company is committed in a logic of sustainable improvement in favour of its collaborators through new prospects, and in favour of its customers through quality.
The second prize went to Vermeg Company which is specialised in the financial software. The company aims to offer to its collaborators a different human adventure by placing men and women at the top of its development model. The managers of the company endeavour to associate systematically the human to the development strategy, the culture of the company for global performance.
Vermeg is an international group based in Tunisia, in France, Belgium and Luxembourg made up of 700 collaborators and has customers from more than 20 countries.
The Prize of the best employer in Tunisia is carried out on the basis of a study conducted to different companies all sizes and sectors included.
Programme Director of the Best Place to Work Tunisia Karim I. Kaitouni said the programme is held for the third year in Tunisia. It is a good opportunity to recognize the best companies which work hard in Tunisia to create a better environment where the collaborators can be more engaged to deliver high performance and be able to help each other to provide a nice environment for work.
The two winning companies are very well known in the business world. Teleformance and Vermeg both made outstanding performance in human resource development, Karim I. Kaitouni told TunisianMonitorOnline.
They are very proud to receive these distinctions and be part of this worldwide programme which is organized by the American Institute “Best Companies Group”, he said.
The American institute aims to pay tribute to the Tunisian and multinational companies operating in Tunisia which offer the best working environment for the collaborators.
This edition was marked by the participation of companies which are distinguished by the establishment of innovative and forward-looking practices in matters of employees’ engagement.
