Over 9.4 million tourists visited Tunisia in 2019 with an increase of 13.6 %, the Tourism Ministry said on Friday.
The European visitors to Tunisia registered a leap of 15.9 % while Tunisian expatriates who came to visit the country posted a rise of 4.8 %, the Ministry reported.
Chinese visitors to the country in early 2019 jumped by 7.3 % since the early 2018, the revenue of tourism has hit USD1.95 billion, i.e a yearly expansion of 35.7 %.
