Third African Medical Tourism Congress to be held in Tunis on October 7-9, 2022

The third edition of the African Medical Tourism Congress will be held from October 7 to 9, 2022 in Gammarth (Tunis) under the supervision of the Ministries of Health and of Tourism and Handicrafts.

The organizers of this congress are working to promote Tunisia as a medical tourism destination thanks to its expertise, services and medical facilities.

According to the official website of the congress www.amtc-tunisia.com, nearly 20 African, European and Asian countries will participate in this congress which includes several scientific interventions of international doctors and experts.

The congress is expected to attract dozens of participants from all over the world belonging to the international hospital and clinic sector, in addition to medical tourism companies, drug companies, medical and paramedical equipment companies, insurance companies and therapy centres.

The congress will be an opportunity to hold several meetings between foreign delegations in order to conclude agreements and memorandums of understanding. The first edition of the congress was held in 2019, and the second was in 2021.
