Saudi film To My Son by director and actor Dhafer L’Abidine will be screened at this year’s Horizons of Arab Cinema competition. Produced by MBC Studios, the film is the second film directed by the famous star, and revolves around the return of a Saudi father and son to Saudi Arabia after a long period of living outside the country that ended in a traumatic accident. Tunisia recently thwarted 23 illegal immigration attempts to Italy overnight, the Tunisian National Guard announced on Wednesday. “The Tunisian Maritime Guard thwarted these illegal immigration attempts late Tuesday and early Wednesday off the country’s southeast and central coasts,” the Tunisian National Guard said in a statement posted on its Facebook page.
