The two-day Tunisia Investment Forum (TIF 2019) held by the Foreign Investment Promotion Agency (FIPA) opened on Thursday.
This new edition of the Tunisia Investment Forum (TIF) on the theme “Invest in Tunisia, the Next Opportunity” will focus on the promotion of Tunisia as a leading country in artificial intelligence, attractive in the field of communication and information technologies.
The Tunisia Investment Forum (TIF) aims to “create an open and interactive debate to identify investment opportunities and challenges that Tunisia faces in the coming stage, in order to continue positioning itself as a destination of choice for foreign operators “.
With an established infrastructure, the highest Internet mobile penetration in Africa and the geopolitical positioning in the heart of the Mediterranean region, as well as a highly skilled, educated and young workforce, nearly 3,500 foreign companies have chosen today Tunisia to do business and access the regional markets of more than 800 million consumers.
Several themes will be discussed during the Forum, including “Tunisia’s current success: designing the opportunity”, “National skills for new and progressive investment” and “Meeting the challenges through the creation of opportunities to increase the investment ecosystem in Tunisia”.
