COVID-19: Professional chefs prepare meals for medical personnel

Tunisian professional chefs gathered for a volunteer action to prepare meals for medical and paramedical personnel in public hospitals.

This initiative launched by the Tunisian Association of Culinary Art Professionals is part of a solidarity campaign to support the efforts of the State in the fight against the spread of COVID-19.

The team of professional chefs reserved a room in the Gammarth region to receives donations of foodstuffs for the preparation of meals.

Minister of Tourism and Handicrafts, Mohamed Toumi, visited Thursday these volunteer chefs. He praised this initiative and reiterated his department support to this kind of actions.
