Tunisia’s grain harvest expected to rise 30-40% says UTAP

Tunisia’s grain harvest is expected to increase by 30-40% this year compared to one year ago, Mohamed Rjaibia, a senior official of the farmers’ union, told reporters on Tuesday. The agriculture ministry said the harvest would be “good”, without giving figures. Last year’s harvest was about 1.6 million tonnes.
