JCC 2016: Prizes of “Takmil” section awarded to seven film projects

The jury of the “Takmil” section chaired by French Christophe Leparc announced at a ceremony, the list of films awarded in post-production, at the 27th edition of the Carthage Film Festival (JCC).

Here is the list of works of fiction and documentaries that includes in all seven film projects including three Tunisians:

Prize of the International Organization of the Francophonie (IOF): fiction film project “Wallay” of Berni Golablat from Burkina Faso
Prize of the European Union National Institutes of Culture (EUNIC) and Mad Solutions Company: fiction film project “Northern Wind” of Walid Mattar from Tunisia

Prize of National Centre of Cinema and Image (IASB): fiction film project “Beauty and the pack” of Kaouther Ben Hania from Tunisia

Prize of Tunisie Telecoms: Project documentary film “The outsider” of Amine Boukhris from Tunisia

Prize of National Centre of Cinema (CNC) of France: Project documentary “Off Khartoum Sides” Marwa Zein from Sudan

Prize of Hakka distribution: fiction film project “Poisonous Roses” of Ahmed Fawzi Saleh from Egypt.

Prizee of Digi Colours: Project documentary film “Tiny Souls” of Dina Naser from Jordan

Takmil (assistance to finish) which is in its third edition aimed at supporting projects of Arab and African films in post-production. For this 27th edition, 10 film projects participated from seven countries: Burkina Faso, Egypt, United Arab Emirates, Jordan, Sudan, Syria and Tunisia.
