Google wants to transform Tunisia into an artificial intelligence Hub

Salim Abid, MENA Developer Ecosystem Manager at Google, said on Friday, in a statement to Express Fm, that Google has trained nearly 155,000 people in the region.

He said that the Google Company aims to train 10 thousand Tunisian developers this year.

Salim Abid explained that the Hackathon event organized by Tunisia in September in collaboration with Google and Instadeep, aims essentially to make Tunisia an artificial intelligence HUB.

He added that there will be between 1,000 and 2,000 trainees in the Hackathon event.
