“The Tunisian pharmaceutical industry has registered an annual growth of 11 p% in the last two decades,” said interim Health Minister Sonia Ben Chiekhas she inaugurated Tuesday the second edition of the Realities Medical Forum held in Tunis on August. 27-28.
“Pharmaceutical Industry as a Health Pillar,” is the theme of the forum which is organized in partnership with the Tunisian Association of Generic Drugs in coordination with the health ministry.
Investments in this industry during the last three years, she added, have hit 300 million dinars (some 105 million U.S. dollars).
