The Independent High Authority for Elections (ISIE) has officially announced the victory of Kais Saied in the runoff presidential election, after the expiry of the deadlines without filing an appeal before the administrative court and after having received an absolute majority of votes. During a meeting with the press Thursday, ISIE president Nabil Baffoun said the results were definitive since no appeal had been made to contest them.
